In this hands-on, trauma-informed class, you’ll learn:
How to understand your vaginal and cervical health
How to perform a pelvic self-exam with a mirror and speculum
Signs of health, common concerns, and prevention tips
How to advocate for your care in medical settings
How to tune into your body with compassion and curiosity
This is radical body literacy—not just anatomy, but empowerment.
