Chair Yoga Teacher Training

Learn to teach accessible and spiritually enriching Chair Yoga in this Yoga Alliance-approved 5-hour training intensive at Heaven Meets Earth Yoga in Evanston.

The training includes accessibility to teach yoga to seniors and individuals with limited mobility, chronic illnesses, pre- and post-surgery patients, or as movement breaks in an office setting.

· This course is valuable for yoga teachers, fitness instructors, OTs, nurses, PTs, school teachers, caregivers, social workers, and anyone who wants to learn more about teaching yoga’s healing modalities to a wider population.

· Workshop includes yoga sutra, breath-work, meditation, research, lectures, hands-on training with class experience, and hand-outs.

· Students will receive a certificate for a 5-hour CE training through Yoga Alliance upon completion.
