Pelvic Health Chat & Screening Series

This quarterly community event is designed to provide education, support, and access to quick pelvic health screenings in a comfortable, welcoming environment.
EACH EVENT INCLUDES:
• A brief 15-minute educational discussion about pelvic floor health
• Individual 8-minute pelvic health screenings with Rachel Brown
• Time to ask questions and learn more about common pelvic floor concerns

Meet the Speaker & Screener:
Rachel Brown, OTD, OTR/L, CPHC, CPAMs Occupational therapist specializing in pelvic health for all individuals. Her approach blends clinical expertise with a gentle, compassionate presence. She integrates mindfulness, movement, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in restoring pelvic function and overall well-being.
