Pelvic Floor 101

This event is free and for anyone with a pelvic floor and female anatomy. It is open to those who are pregnant, postpartum, and non-birthers. We will review the functions of the pelvic floor, common symptoms, managing abdominal pressure, pelvic floor relaxation strategies, when to seek pelvic floor care, as well as time for a Q&A. Please come dressed in a comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. We will meet just outside the bandshell.
