Join us Saturday, June 27th @5pm for the Pellicano Vineyard 3rd Annual Summer 20-Course Alchemist Style Pairing Experience!!!!The idea for this pairing came from watching the story about the Michelin chef that offered a 50-course experience that lasted about 6 hours, The Alchemist Experience it was called!! This will be Pellicano Vineyard's version of this fascinating event. Weather permitting, this event is scheduled to be an outside Vineyard experience.
Vineyard chefs will get a chance to be truly creative by taking popular fresh ingredients and using them in creative and "out of the box" ways to create a truly memorable experience. The chefs will incorporate some exotic ingredients to push guests to experience new flavors, textures and food experiences.
Each year, we take you on a new journey of the senses, this year's ingredient theme will be Europe & Asia.
Chefs will start in Europe with inventive twists on traditional European traditions and then travel virtually for some Asian inspired ingredients. This event is designed to challenge your senses and push you to experience alternative foods & cultures. Please arrive with an open mind and be ready to explore all of your senses on this journey. The experience will last at least 2+hours.
The menu will consist of 20 courses with most being prepared in a way that you will love and that is acceptable by Western culture. There may be a few courses that will challenge your tastes, but you will definitely not leave hungry!!!
