Pelican Place Information Session & Open House
About this Event
Join Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside to learn about Pelican Place, a new affordable townhome community coming to South St. Petersburg. Pelican Place will offer income-restricted homeownership opportunities for qualifying individuals and families through Habitat's affordable homeownership program.
This event will be held at Habitat's St. Pete Resource Center, not at the Pelican Place development site. Attendees will be able to view floor plans, renderings, and community information while learning more about the opportunity.
During the event you can:
• View floor plans and community renderings.
• Learn about Habitat's homeownership program and eligibility requirements.
• Speak with Habitat team members and ask questions.
• Start and submit your application on-site.
Special Event Offer: Applicants who submit their application during the event will have their application fee waived.
Habitat homeownership offers qualifying buyers:
• $0 down payment
• 0% APR mortgage
• No PMI required
This event is free, family-friendly, and open to anyone interested in learning more about affordable homeownership. Registration is encouraged.
Important Program Notice
Pelican Place homes are income-restricted and available only to households that meet Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Gulfside program requirements. Application fee waivers apply only to applications submitted during the July 22 event. Acceptance into the program is not guaranteed.
