About this Event

Join Peer Facilitator Rachel and other Carers to share experiences, connect, discuss resources and share ideas that support you.

This is a welcoming opportunity to pause, reflect, and connect with people who truly get what caring involves. We will explore the elements of CHIME, connection, hope, identity, meaning and empowerment.
These sessions also offer time to talk about the realities of caring, explore helpful resources, and exchange practical ideas that can strengthen your wellbeing and carer connections. You will be supported by a lived/living experienced carer.

Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by Wellways.

Attendance at all sessions is optional, but we encourage you to join each one to get the most value from the experience.
