Join our 8-session job search-focused peer support group, running from September 17th to November 12th. You would deepen your understanding of the Finnish labour market and explore alternative pathways to employment. If you're currently unemployed or underemployed, this is a valuable opportunity to strengthen your skills, build confidence, and expand your professional network in a supportive and collaborative environment.
This program is designed to make job hunting and recruitment processes more knowledge-based and accessible for individuals who want to learn essential skills for success in the Finnish job market.
During the sessions, we will:
Learn how to create effective CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles
Share insights and experiences about the Finnish job market
Explore and support each other in the job hunting process
Exchange experiences and receive encouragement from peers in similar situations
The content will be tailored to the participants' interests and needs, giving you an active role in designing the sessions that you need. Guest experts will also join to share their knowledge and provide practical tools to support your job search.
