4M Fitness will host a Pedro Sauer Regional Affiliate Training Day on May 10, 2025, for Kids and Adults
We welcome all students of Jiu Jitsu to attend and be part of our region's sharing of the art.
If you are an affiliate or an Individual Member of Pedro Sauer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu you are welcome to come join us.
We'll start off with a Q&A and then get some great training and drilling in.
Owners: WE are going to have a meeting at 10:30. So, if you own an academy, please join us.
Instructors: We will have a short instructor briefing at 11:30.
Students: Come in a few minutes early, wear a white Gi, bring a notebook, pen, bottle of water and be ready to have a great time!
