About this Event
Come celebrate great Whiskey on Saturday, October 3rd as we taste through many unique Bourbon, Rye, and Scotch Whisky!
This event is intended to be intimate and educational as we shine a light on some of the more macro-sized distilleries, brands you're familiar with, and other makers from around the world. We will have the honor of being joined by many different representatives from each brand of Whiskey. With 40+ different whiskies on display, we are excited for you to take your palate in a direction like never before

Peat or No Peat is a 'Gather, Sip, Chow and Converate' at your own leisure-style event. Fantastic bites and bread bar will be built by Chef Austin of The Rochester Golf & Country Club. This event is a ticketed event, and open to the public. It will be held in one of the event spaces at RGCC!

For a special add-on price ($25), enjoy a one hour VIP Master Class before the event with David Cover of M&H Whisky Distillery! In 2023 at the World Whiskey Awards, M&H was awarded the World's Best Single Malt Whisky award. David is filled with knowledge and is excited to cover a detailed conversation about how the Mediterranean Climate affects their whisky. He will be showcasing all FOUR iterations of the newly released APEX Terroir Series. Whiskey that has been aged near the Dead Sea, Jerusalem Mountains, Negev Desert, and the Sea of Galilee! This is an experience that won't be matched. We hope to see you there!

Info: 1 hour presentation with David Cover of the award winning M&H Distillery. In 2023 M&H was awarded The Best Single Malt in the world award by the World of Whiskey Awards. David will be showcasing all four iterations of the newly released Apex Terroir series. This is a series of Whisky that was recently released and shows the nature of how the dramatic climate in Israel, as well as the Terroir can affect the Whisky and its aging process. Chef will pair each whisky with a delicious bite. Be the first in MN to see what these Whisky's are all about . They are extremely limited and will not be shown at the main show.
