Join Power Pair Collective in partnership with Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. Epsilon Chi Chapter for an inspiring afternoon dedicated to empowerment, professionalism, and community impact.

Pearls, Power & Professionalism is more than an event—it’s a movement to uplift women as they step into new opportunities, careers, and leadership roles.

This experience brings together professional women, entrepreneurs, and community leaders to network, support one another, and contribute to a meaningful cause.

Attendees are encouraged to bring gently used professional attire to donate and help another woman walk confidently into her next interview, promotion, or career opportunity.

Together, we are creating spaces where women can look the part, feel empowered, and step boldly into their purpose.

Please bring clean, gently used professional attire suitable for interviews, office environments, and professional settings.
