This is not a menopause seminar. This is a day that changes how you feel about yourself.
Pearls of Wisdom: FLOURISH is a women’s wellness and empowerment day hosted by Marjorie Grant — The Clarity Catalyst.
Whether you are in your 30s and have never heard the word perimenopause, in your 50s and struggling with brain fog, or in your 70s and living proof that flourishing never stops — this day is for you.

• Introduction to EFT (Tapping) — a practical technique for anxiety, anger, and feeling overwhelmed. Try it tonight.
• Scent & Sense — an introduction to how scent affects our hormones and how we feel. Play with essential oils, discover diffusers, and explore what works for you
• Brain Fog to Clarity — a compassionate look at brain fog, what triggers it, and practical things you can try
• Sound Experience & Stillness — an immersive introduction to sound and stillness
• Action Card — Map Your Future — create a personal action card to capture the essence of the day

ABOUT YOUR HOST
Marjorie Grant is a Master Certified Goal Mapping Practitioner with nearly 20 years’ experience in Brian Mayne’s methodology. She is a Licensed Certified Menopause Champion, an EFT Practitioner, and a facilitator with a corporate career spanning IBM and Toyota GB, delivering workshops and consultancy to the NHS, DWP, and the Metropolitan Police in leadership, management, and IT training.
She founded MG Pathways CIC to support community wellbeing and development across South London. All proceeds from FLOURISH go directly to this work.
