Throughout the evening, guests will sip their way through a curated selection of four Proseccos, each thoughtfully paired with oyster-inspired bites and accompaniments prepared by 1618 On Location.

From crisp, refreshing bubbles to the briny flavors of the sea, each pairing will be designed to highlight what makes Prosecco and oysters such a beautiful match.
