The Peak Performance Open Program immerses leaders in a world-class sports environment to develop essential power skills for both today and tomorrow’s challenges—self-awareness, team effectiveness, and organizational coaching. Inspired by the cutting-edge experiential learning research from WDHB Studio, Olympic and Paralympic athletes and coaches, and mission-ready fighter pilots from Afterburner, this three-day leadership training program equips participatns to perform under the highest pressure, align teams, and shape enduring organizational commitment.
