Make stuff and feel better with PeaceLove’s “Gratitude Garden” workshop. In this workshop, you’ll ‘grow’ a garden from all the things you’re grateful for, dedicating a space where you can take the time to appreciate these things, and display them for others. PeaceLove Workshops help teach children mental wellness, empathy, and to create connections with the people around them. The Nurturing Families team from L+M Hospital are certified to teach these amazing workshops and will lead the participants through the projects as needed.
