You will learn to embody a sensation of bringing your energy awareness into the present moment and receive various practical tools to implement what you learn and discover into your daily life.
Workshop Purpose
Craft a detailed road map on how to keep your energy balanced with embodied practices. Learn how to structure your own new daily routine by improving your focus and concentration that will help maintain high and balanced energy in your daily life.

Workshop Logistics
Make sure you wear comfortable clothing (short & long sleeve), flat indoor shoes, bring plenty of water to stay hydrated for 4 hours and perhaps a power bar or some fruit.
Eclectic Ground studio location is in the suite 100. Park in the north-west parking lot.
