Join us for Peaceful Pulse, an evening designed to harmonize movement, breath, and sound. In this unique experience, yoga and live sound blend together, creating a continuous flow of presence and peace. As Bridgette guides you through mindful slow-flow postures, Emily’s healing soundscape will deepen the practice—inviting your body and spirit to release, expand, and restore.

The journey culminates in an extended Savasana with sound immersion, where vibration and stillness weave into profound rest and renewal.

🧘 Slow Flow with Sound
Led by Bridgette Jester, 200RYT yoga teacher, Reiki healer, and sound practitioner, the slow-flow practice is gentle, grounding, and accessible to all. Each posture is paired with mindful breath, allowing the body to soften while the nervous system finds balance.

🎶 Live Soundscapes by Emily Adolph
Throughout the flow, you’ll be enveloped in the soothing vibrations of bowls, chimes, and instruments guided by Emily Adolph, founder of The Soul Lift. Emily is a holistic wellness practitioner, Reiki Master, and sound integrator who blends energy work, meditation, and intuitive sound to support emotional and energetic harmony.

Together, Bridgette and Emily create a resonant container that invites you into stillness, clarity, and connection.
