Feb. 5, 5:30-6:30 p.m. Join us for a gentle practice designed for those 50 and up - we'll start with some breathing exercises to still the mind and slowly move into light stretching while mostly seated, ending the practice with a nature-based visualization. All abilities welcome and encouraged! Folding chairs provided - bring a towel or mat if available Ages 50+. Registration required. Limit 25.
