Re-think the holiday hustle and center on calm and connection. Join us for an evening of self-care and conversation as we set Intentions for the holiday season. The event will include 15 minutes of gentle yoga with Sarah Wallace, 15 minutes of breathwork with Ashley Martin, and 15 minutes of sound meditation with Tessa Borquez. We will break to enjoy delicious charcuterie and refreshments by Strive For Epic Community Table and then get into small groups to connect and discuss how we can bring more peace and less stress into the holidays. We will share tips and learn from each other! We hope to see you there and kick off this beautiful time of year together.
