This Peaceful Moon yoga class is a wonderfully restorative practice honoring the Divine Feminine that can help harmonize hormones, monthly cycle & fertility. This class focuses on hip opening, calming the nervous system, and balancing the energetic body by using the knowledge of Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine & the Chakra system. Practice will incorporate gentle movement, yin poses and meditation to elicit holistic wellness. We will cultivate a sense of peace through mindfulness and connecting to our lunar energy.*Class size is limited so pre-registration is required.*
Please dress in comfy clothes and bring anything you think you might need. We will have props available (blankets, blocks, bolsters, mats and straps) but if you prefer to bring your own, please do!
