This evening of meditation is designed to soothe your nervous system and help you reconnect with your center. This session is not a time to DO, it is a deticated time to BE... allowing yourself to nurture and care for your well-being in a tranquil and supportive environment. This guided meditation is infused with an energy cleanse, gentle breathwork, and an intuitively chosen word for you to claim and call in. Inspire & Empower. It's an opportunity to let go of limitations, stress, and responsibilities, embracing the present moment with openness and peace.

Currently pursuing her Bachelor's in Alternative Medicine, Annie believes in lifelong learning and nurturing the brain. She blends her academic knowledge with her spiritual practices, providing a beautiful approach to healing.
