On a Monday this time! - Come on down and find that serenity! 😊 A peaceful, original guided meditation, designed to relax that tension around your shoulders, relieve those racing thoughts and remind you of the strength you hold inside. To help you heal your heart and live heart-centered from a place of courage and confidence.
A one hour class, kept to that shorter length of time so that it remains easy to fit into your personal schedule - only an hour needed to turn your whole week around! 🙂
Now in our 29th year, we are second and third generation teachers of meditation and meditators ourselves, seeking to help everyone to find peace and nurture their spiritual side.
The class begins at 7:15pm but we open the door at 7:00pm so you can come in and get settled. You can also shop before and after the class, if you'd like! These classes are 1 hour in length – the guided meditation is approximately 30 minutes. The other time is used in a variety of different ways to help you disconnect from the busyness of your day – whether it be a discussion of different stones to help alleviate stress, time spent with singing bowls or drums... The time is spent in helping you revitalize and re-energize, body, mind and spirit.
These classes are led by Jane, the owner of Wisdom of the Ages!
Each class is $10 per person, which includes a free pocket rock!
Sitting in a circle with like-minded individuals can be very healing in hectic 2025! Taking time to connect with that peaceful powerful place within is so important! ~ Like going to the spa for your soul! Give yourself a break ~ meditate! 🙂
We record every guided meditation, so if you'd like a copy of one of the meditations you did with us in class on a CD or a downloadable audio file, they're just $5!
