The Bristol Interfaith Coalition is pleased to announce a Peace Walk to be held Saturday, August 23 from 11 am to 1 pm at Federal Hill Green.
During these hours, participants will walk around the green, holding signs and banners in an interfaith, multi-cultural demonstration for peace. In the tradition of similar faith-led peace walks and marches throughout the country, this year’s event hopes to bring thoughts of fostering a culture of peace within and outside of our community.
The committee invites faith groups and cultural groups from the greater Bristol area who would like to participate by reserving informational space to share information about your organization
and participate in the walk.
