Finist and the Owl, a community‑focused Wilmington bookstore, has partnered with People to People and Peace Week Delaware once again to host the Peace Poetry Open Mic, a space for sharing work centered on justice, healing, and connection.
This year includes a Peace Pole Installation Ceremony. A peace pole is a vertical sign that reads “May Peace Prevail on Earth” in multiple languages. The Finist and the Owl selected English, French, Italian and ....

It’s a simple but powerful moment of dedication that invites people to stand together with intention.
The event also features a live Art Battle, a high‑energy creative competition that's gripping the city.
