About this Event
The holidays are supposed to feel peaceful — filled with laughter, connection, and joy.
But for many of us, they come with pressure.
Pressure to show up for every event.
Pressure to drink when we don’t want to.
Pressure to smile through uncomfortable family questions — “When are you getting married?” “When are you having kids?”
It can feel like you’re trying to keep everyone happy while running on empty or maybe, this year, you’re feeling more alone than ever.
👉 This conversation is for both men and women — anyone who wants to handle the holidays with more calm, confidence, and connection.
Let’s bring the meaning of the season back for you.
We’ll talk about what really happens this time of year:
✨ Feeling stretched thin between family and social expectations
✨ Navigating in-law dynamics and partner tension
✨ How to say no to drinking and social pressure without guilt
✨ Standing up for yourself when things get uncomfortable
✨ Coping with loneliness and finding connection
✨ Finding presence and peace in the middle of it all
You’ll leave with simple tools and real conversations to help you stay grounded, protect your energy, and actually enjoy the season again and not just survive it.
The holidays can feel happy, peaceful, and connected again.
Let’s bring that back — together.
Sunny Chopra – Men’s Mental Health Life Coach & Motivational Speaker
Sunny Chopra is a mental health life coach and motivational speaker who transformed his life by confronting emotional struggles and embracing vulnerability.
Growing up under the pressure to “toughen up,” Sunny bottled up his emotions for years — leading to anxiety, self-doubt, and unhealthy coping habits. He often said yes to everything, from social events to drinking more than he wanted, trying to please everyone around him.
Through therapy and deep self-reflection, Sunny learned to set boundaries, say no without guilt, and rebuild stronger relationships — including with his wife and both their families. What once felt stressful and divided is now rooted in understanding and connection.
For years, Christmas — once the most magical time of his life — became one of the most stressful. But after doing the inner work and rebuilding those family bonds, Sunny began to feel that same joy again — the kind he hadn’t felt since childhood. Now, his mission is to help others do the same: to find peace, healing, and genuine happiness through honest self-work and emotional connection.
Today, Sunny helps people overcome emotional barriers, build confidence, and show up authentically in their lives and relationships. He teaches that true strength isn’t about holding it in — it’s about facing what you feel with honesty and courage.
