This year, we're celebrating International Women's Day with a special new event: Peace of Mind: A Mindfulness Experience.
This event is dedicated to women's mental well-being and self-care, though all are welcome to attend. It offers a safe space to reflect on the unique emotional and psychological challenges we face, and provide practical tools to nurture resilience and balance.
Peace of Mind will encourage attendees to prioritize their mental state as a crucial part of the journey. With a focus on self-care, participants can participate in strategies to sustain their well-being as they continue advocating for their place in society.
We will begin the morning with a light breakfast and then we will be led through three different mindfulness experiences by Dr. Natalie Gruber, an award-winning mindfulness teacher and scholar.

Registration is required. Priority will be given to those who reside, volunteer or are employed within the City of Chandler.
