Join us on January 19, the day before Martin Luther King Day! This heartfelt event begins with a guided meditation centered on cultivating peace within yourself and radiating love to those around you - your neighbors, friends, and beyond.
Following the meditation, you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments. This “sound bath” is designed to help you release tension, open your heart, and embrace a sense of unity and compassion.
No prior experience is needed and everyone is welcome. Together, let’s create a ripple of peace and love, starting close to home.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and feel free to bring your favorite blanket and/or pillow!
