Chants and songs from kirtan and dances of universal peace. Participatory rather than performance oriented. Simple, yet entrancing, melodies & lyrics. Come sing along, bring an unplugged instrument & play along
On this date, it will be an all day event involving yoga, meditation, dance and a potluck as well as chanting. Not to mention just hanging out by the lake.
Rain or shine. Come for part or the whole time.
No admission fee, though the state park charges for parking. (You can park for free at the NY Welcome Center and it’s @ a mile walk to the shelter)

12-1. Gentle yoga
1-1:30 pranayama & vocal warm up
1:30-3:00 chanting
3:00-4:30 dances of universal peace
5:00 potluck
