Peace in the Park
About this Event
Step away from the noise of everyday life and join us for Peace in the Park, a restorative morning designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with nature, yourself, and the people around you.
Held beside the beach at beautiful Michael Crotty Bicentennial Park, this three-hour experience will gently guide you through mindful movement, meditation, creativity, and connection.
Our morning will include:
- A meditative nature walk along the beach or park trail
- Gentle stretching and mindful movement
- A guided meditation and immersive sound bath
- A nature-inspired sun-print activity using fallen natural treasures gathered during our walk
- Painting kindness rocks or shells to share a little encouragement with our community
- Time to relax, reflect, and connect with others
No meditation, yoga, or artistic experience is necessary. Every activity is designed to be approachable, peaceful, and welcoming. Simply come as you are.
