Science of Spirituality Presents: Peace In Stillness Being is just as important as doing.
We have become accustomed to attaching our identity to the roles
we play in our life. The busyness of life gives us purpose. However,
joy is almost always to be found in the stillness between our tasks
on our to-do list. Given the mind’s tendency to send us a barrage of
thoughts, maintaining our balance can be challenging. Let’s learn a
meditation technique that helps us still the mind and reflect on the
deep bonds that nourish the soul.
