The four Rotary clubs of Kingston warmly invite you and your organisation to join us for a special Peace Gathering as we unveil Kingston’s very first Peace Pole sponsored by Rotary.
📅 Thursday, July 16, 2026 🕛 12:00 p.m. 📍 Breakwater Park just past Gord Downey Pier at King St and Lower University.
This special gathering celebrates our shared commitment to peace, unity, inclusion, and community. The Peace Pole, inscribed with the message “May Peace Prevail on Earth” in multiple languages, will stand as a lasting symbol of hope, friendship and commitment to peace for Kingstonians and visitors alike.
This project is a collaborative initiative of Kingston’s four Rotary clubs:
•Rotary Club of Cataraqui-Kingston
•Rotary Club of Kingston
•Rotary Club of Kingston-Frontenac
•Rotary Club of Kingston Waterfront
Join us as we gather in the spirit of peace and celebrate this meaningful addition to our community. Together, we can send a powerful message that peace begins with each of us.
