About the Event
Love of neighbor is a teaching shared across the world’s religious and humanist traditions. It calls us to uphold the dignity of every person and work for justice. But how do we put that love into practice? How do we welcome the stranger? What can the world’s scriptures and humanist philosophies teach us—and how can we create spaces where everyone feels welcome to show up fully as themselves?
Join us for an interfaith gathering and conversation with religious leaders and humanists from across Central Florida. This year’s special feature is a performance by Descolonizarte Teatro that invites us to recognize our shared humanity.
Enjoy breakfast—eggs, potatoes, pastries, coffee, juice, and more—along with live music at Rollins College, the alma mater of Fred Rogers, who spent his life inviting us to be good neighbors.
