Peace Be Still: A 6-Week Meditation Journey

This 6-week course will guide you through the fundamentals of meditation, offering a practical and accessible path to cultivate inner peace, focus, and well-being. Explore mindfulness and meditation practices, including breath awareness, body scan meditation, mindful movement, guided imagery, and more.
