Join us for a peaceful escape as we stretch, breathe, and find balance in our minds and bodies at our upcoming yoga event!
Peace & Paradise is now offering Yoga with Melissa Cage.
Slow Flow Evening Yoga All Levels grounding class with longer holds and slower transitions to calm the nervous system and connect with yourself. This connection to the body & breath allows us to drop out of the chatter of the mind and facilitate peace within ourselves.
Modifications and props are offered for most poses to allow all to participate at their level, beginners are very welcome. Props will be provided but please feel free to bring your own.
