PDX Wanderful Women in Travel: June Meetup at the Oregon Donkey Sanctuary

Every June and October the Oregon Donkey Sanctuary holds a public-facing event. For the June meet-up of the Portland Chapter of the women's traveler network, we'll be attending this popular and fun event! If you're already a member, please RSVP in the Wanderful portal. June is their annual Plant Sale. There is no fee to enter though donations are always welcome.

You'll have the chance to meet and pet donkeys (there are about 20, some are massive and others are mini) on a beautiful farm space with very welcoming staff and volunteers. Bonus if you like to buy plants! There will also be snacks and beverages available for purchase.

As the event gets closer, my co-director of the Portland Wanderful Chaoter and I will organize carpooling for anyone who is interested.

The event starts at 10:30 so we plan to depart at 9:45 to arrive by then. These events get really, really busy later in the day so an early start is advisable.
