Admission Options:
*$5 General Admission: all ages, any time between 1 pm and 5 pm
*$20 Vip Experience: Comes with your own Rae Loft water bottle! Fill it with your favorite soda pop drink!
Reseller Space Options:
*6 ft table space: $20 - comes with 2 chairs
*4 ft table space: $15 - comes with 1 chair (more upon request)
*Split a 6 foot: $10 - 3 feet of space - comes with 1 chair
*Bring Your Own Table: $15 - comes with 2 chairs along a wall with power (maximum 8 feet width of tables x 6 feet deep)
Tips & Info for Game re-sellers:
Acceptable items: Good condition games in their original packaging or well-labeled and sealed packaging. Good condition game accessories, storyline books, figures, sleeves, dice, Pokemon cards, etc. Sorry, modern video games and video game consoles (switch, x-box, playstation) are not accepted. Vintage game consoles and their cartridges may be accepted if in good working condition.
Label your items: Please make sure your items (game boxes, bags, etc) are properly packaged (tape up torn boxes, wrap it in plastic wrap or place inside a ziplock bag if you have to), and properly labeled with a price tag sticker. Do not use permanent stickers (easy peel's or garage sale stickers are the best!)
Cash is key - how to transact: Expect most people to want to use cash over Venmo or Zelle. I would recommend making a change purse or a lockbox with about $50-80 in small bills up to $20 denomination. Those mini accordion organizer envelopes people usually use for coupons are awesome. Count your cash before and after the swap. We can not make change for you at the bar. Have a sign printed and on your table that is easy to read with your Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App info.
Day of setup time: Load in and set up is from 11:30 am to 12:59 pm. Allow yourself at least 30 minutes for setup, more if you have a lot of items to sell or trade. There is an elevator in the lobby to help you access our space (on second floor). Make sure to bring everything you need to make your table stand out including a table linen or covering, and some sort of display, rack, crate or box to organize and elevate your items. Those little teacher wagons are great for bringing your stuff up from your car. Resellers arriving after the swap have started, will not be allowed to sell, and will not receive a refund. Don't be late!
Pricing & Keeping track: Expect people to not want to buy anything that is readily available on the current market for more than 20% less than current Amazon or online game store prices. Expect to haggle, trade, and make deals. Reduce your prices more for damaged games or boxes, or for games that many resellers may have (Cataan, etc). Disclose or label anything with missing game pieces. Before you come to the swap to sell, make a list of all the games you are selling and print it out. Note your asking, low-end (basement) and a blank/trade column next to each listing. If you sell one, mark how much you sold it for on the list. Rae Loft is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items.
Auction: Use the stage as a platform to auction any of your items live - be the center of the action! Each auction (max 5 items) may last no more than 5 minutes. Plan ahead! Sign up onsite only.

*Free street parking available for unlimited amounts of time. Do not park long term in the 15 minute loading zones.
*Our facility is ADA accessible. We offer an elevator and ramp.
*All ages. No outside beverages. (We have a full bar and plenty of non-alcoholic options).
