Whether you’re a long-time member, or new to the community, everyone is welcome to experience the joy and excitement we have planned for you. 👀 Here’s a sneak peek of what’s in store:

🏋️ Try a class: Come and try a fitness class of your choice for FREE! Activ8 Group Training: Activ8 Fusion @ 8:00am to get you moving followed by our new Activ8 Recovery class at 8:45am. If Boxing is more your jam join us for a free class at 9:30am.
🏃 Fitness Challenges: Test your strength and endurance with fun challenges for all ages - prizes to be won! You have to be in it to win it!
🍳 BBQ Breakfast: Enjoy a bacon and egg burger or bircher museli w' yoghurt...yum
🌱 Try some samples of amazing cold pressed juices with Tessa from "Your Local Juice Dealer" in Fortitude Valley. Test your taste buds with our local Amino supplier Adarsh. He'll be located in our gym to provide you with an added boost of energy. Great discounts available to members of the PCYC family!
🏀 Interactive Sports and Games: Try your hand at basketball, our 3 throw challenge and 3 x 3 comp with PRIZES!

🚗Learn how to change a tyre with our volunteer mentor from our Braking The Cycle Program.
