PCYC are throwing open their doors on Saturday 11 July and there is SO much happening. It's a really lovely morning out for the whole family — and most of it is completely free!
Here's a peek at what's on:
🤸 Free come and try gymnastics for 4+ years 👶 Free Playtime sessions for 0–4 years 💪 Free Activ8 group training — including a Fit & 50 class and a Recovery class (hello, these are made for us!) 🥽 Drunk goggles obstacle course run by the Braking The Cycle team 🎨 Face painting 🎈 Balloon twisting 🏰 Jumping castle 🏸 Badminton and Pickleball come and try sessions 🌭 Sausage sizzle (gold coin donation) 👋 Meet the PCYC team and learn about all the programs they offer locally
It's a wonderful chance to explore what PCYC does for our community — from kids' programs right through to adult fitness — and support an organisation that does so much for young people in the Redlands.

Here's what we do to ensure you feel as comfortable as possible at Social Mums Club Events…
- We tend to keep our events small - so you don't have to walk into a big group
- We have really clear signage, and the host wears a bright pink t-shirt so you can easily spot us - you don't have to worry that you might be in the wrong place or with the wrong group
- Our events are never cliquey - the ladies at the event are usually meeting for the very first time, so you will not be the only person who doesn't know anyone
- You can come early - we know the hardest part about turning up to an event is walking in. We invite anyone who is anxious to reach out to the host and turn up 15 minutes early so you are the first one there. You can sit next to the host too.
- We ensure you feel included - another fear is that nobody will talk to you or you'll feel awkward or different. Our hosts are experts at making every attendee feel welcome and included. You will feel at ease with us.
