What to Expect: The Formula

This is a 3-hour, high-energy experience that puts you in the driver’s seat of high-performance teams inspired by Formula 1. Think speed, precision, quick decisions, and working with people to tackle challenges together.

Kick-off: Insight & Ignition
We will start with a burst of energy, exploring how elite teams operate under pressure. You’ll pick up sharp strategies for planning, communication, adaptability, and innovation, lessons you can take straight back to your projects.

Race Sims & Pitstop Challenge
Get hands-on! Take the wheel in Formula 1 racing simulators and dive into a pitstop on a 2019 replica F1 car. It’s fast, fun, competitive, and full of teamwork, the perfect way to connect, collaborate, and push your limits.

Reflection & Takeaways
We finish by drawing out the key insights. What made things click? What slowed teams down? How can you apply these behaviours to your own work? You’ll leave buzzing with energy, fresh ideas, and new connections.

This isn’t a classroom. It’s an experience packed with interaction, laughs, problem-solving, and plenty of adrenaline.
