DESCRIPTION:
6:30 pm Full Moon Lunar Yoga Flow
Jessica Hope leads an all-level lunar sequence yoga flow! Expect a strong focus on breathwork and alignment in this slow flow.
7:30 pm Full Moon Sound Bath
Suni Moon guides an intuitive sound session under the full moon. Sound is beneficial in resetting the energies of the body, mind, and soul, but combining both allows for a full, well-rounded reset.

Water bottle
Wearing layers is recommended.
