Makin’ Moves is our most upbeat, physical exercise program, where people can release their pain through movement by focusing on the wellness of mind, body and soul while incorporating the hip-hop culture. Breakdancing helps the youth to hit their anger to the floor, releasing endorphins to better themselves and utilize dance as release therapy.
