7:30 pm Sound Bath

DESCRIPTION:
6:30 pm Full Moon Lunar Yoga Flow
Our certified yoga teacher leads an all-level lunar sequence yoga flow! Expect a strong focus on breathwork and alignment in this slow flow.
7:30 pm Full Moon Sound Bath
Adagio Sound guides an intuitive sound session under the full moon. Sound is beneficial in resetting the energies of the body, mind, and soul, but combining both allows for a full, well-rounded reset.

Registration required on MKE Yoga Social app.
Suggested donation- $25 - $40
Yoga mat
Water bottle
Wearing layers is recommended.
Pillow + blanket for sound bath optional.
Note, it does get cooler in Freight 38 during the sound bath portion, please dress appropriately. Also, the floor is solid concrete, a blanket under your mat or two yoga mats can be helpful.
