The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience has been designed to facilitate epiphanies and breakthroughs through a selection of music combined with different types of breathing, movement, meditation, and integration. This method creates a container conducive to breakthrough-type experiences. It encourages the movement of energy and emotions. Depending on the structure, this will take approximately 90 minutes and incorporate sounds, scents, and touch. Together, we can utilize breathwork as a household modality to release emotions, gain clarity, alleviate stress, regulate our nervous system and so much more. “The true magic of breathwork can’t be put into words: it’s an experience of the power within you. Feeling this power will change how you think, act, and feel, and what you believe to be possible."
