Pay Attention: Layer 8 War Stories

Description: During active engagements, the biggest enemy is yourself. Projects are often successful without any kind of intervention needed. Every now and then we run across a situation that requires esclation. And every so often beyond that, it is a total domain shutdown or law enforcement gets involvement. A lot of the time the worst enemy is the person running the engagement. We call this a layer 8 issue. Hear the fun unfortunate series of stories from one team just trying their best.
