Pawtucket Firefighters Relief Association 150th Anniversary Ball

The Pawtucket Fire Department and its Firemen's Relief Association would like to cordially invite you to join us at our prestigous ticketed event in celebration of 150 years of PFD history. A formal event to dance, drink and enjoy an evening filled with rich historic images and memories of the Pawtucket Fire Department from its beginning until today. We are using this time to not only honor our firefighters who served their community from past and present, but also to help raise funds. The Relief Association is chartering a program to assist our fellow brothers and sisters families to be able to go to Colorado Springs and see their loved ones names be honored and engraved into the IAFF Fallen Firefighters Memorial. This honorable ceremony would only be attended if their loved ones pay the ultimate sacrifice and perish in the line of duty. Raising money to begin this fund for all the future families of the PFD is one that is near and dear to many of our hearts and we feel we owe it to those families who sacrifice so much for us to be able to do the job we love to do.

The event will take place at the historic Armory of Pawtucket where we will be enjoying live music played by Topaz and delicious food and cocktails served by Johnson and Wales Catering. We strive to provide a night to remember and share with our loved ones and friends alike. This event will come complete with silent auctions, fundraising raffles, professional photography and much more. We hope to see you there!

Doors open at 5pm

Event begins with:

Cocktail hour 530pm-630pm

645pm: Procession of firefighters from Local 1261 and Local 1485 lead by PFD Local 1261 Honor Guard

Dinner and Dancing 7pm-11pm

Price for the event is $125/ticket

Tables are seating for 8 guests/table

Info: Live music being played by Topaz while you sip on delicious drinks and taste a splendid variety of hors d'oeuvres. During this time you will be able to bid on various items at our Silent Auction and purchase raffle tickets for various raffle prizes. raffle prizes to be drawn all at once during dinner and winning tickets to be displayed on a board to match your ticket up to the winning tickets to claim your prize.

Info: Local 1261 Honor Guard will lead the procession of distinguished Firefighters from various Locals and post colors for the Star Spangled Banner. Followed by an Opening Prayer by Father Joshua Barrow (PFD Chaplin)and then speeches and a welcoming Introduction to the Event.
