PAWS + PLANKS: A Pilates Event to Benefit The Mercy Full Project

Grab your mat and your dog-loving bestie — it’s time for Paws & Planks, the most feel-good fitness event of the season. We’re bringing together movement, community, coffee, and rescue pups for a day that’s equal parts sweat and smiles.

This outdoor Pilates class will be led by Morgan Conrad of — a Tampa-based Pilates instructor known for her uplifting, energizing classes that leave you feeling strong, confident, and connected (and yes, a little sore in the best way). Whether you’re new to Pilates or just here for the good vibes (and the puppies), you’ll fit right in.

After class, head inside to meet the adoptable dogs from Mercy Full Project, explore sponsor booths, and enjoy coffee, protein shakes, and raffle fun — all while supporting an amazing cause.

Every dollar from ticket sales goes directly to Mercy Full Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abused, neglected, and at-risk animals across Florida. Their mission is compassion in action — giving every animal a chance at a full and happy life.

Join Morgan for a full-body beginner Pilates flow, followed by access to the dog meet & greet and event festivities. You’ll also receive a gift bag overflowing with samples and goodies from our incredible sponsors.

2. General Admission
Prefer to skip the class? No problem! Enjoy full access to the dog meet & greet, sip delicious coffee, sample protein shakes, and get automatically entered into our raffle.
