Be sure to mark your calendars for the 3rd Annual Paws in the Park 2024! We have a bigger and even better event planned this year! This event is hosted by Plain Township Parks Dept. and Denise Evans, your neighborhood Realtor with Cutler Real Estate. So many fun things are planned, including a Pooch Parade to take place at 2 PM. 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes will be awarded for the Best-Dressed Dogs/Families, so use your creativity to stand out from the crowd! Get your photo taken at the Free photo booth, pick up a free doggie ball thrower, and grab a free doggie bag so you will have lots of room to take home all the free goodies from the event that will be passed out! Community Partners include The Rotary Club of Plain Township, Plain Community Garden & The Plain Historical Center. Grab a bite to eat at Doansville Food Truck, Completely Cookied, and Handels Ice Cream! Learn more about great organizations including Altercare Animal Clinic, Save A Mom Rescue, Raising Pawtential, Stark Dog Pound & more. Shop for dog decor at Fur Mama Factory, Kay Krafted, Mad Eye Leather, and check out services for your dogs including Dogtopia, The Scooper Girl, Paw Pad Co., Renees Walking Paws, The Pet Stop, ASCPA Pet Group, Floor Coverings Intl., with more being added every day! Bring your lawn chairs or a blanket and spend a few hours getting to know your fellow neighbors, and be sure to check out the wonderful Little and Big Dog Parks at Plain Township Veterans Park! Sign up for door prizes! And most importantly, have fun & spend quality time with your doggie! And if your dog isn't up to the crowds, leave them at home and stop by to get some goodies to take home.
