Join us for a purrfect sound bath expurrience while surrounded by adoptable kitties! This event is for ages 16 and up!
Everything vibrates. At the most fundamental level, every thought, emotion, feeling, word, and action within the universe exists in a constant state of vibration. This vibratory energy is powerful and manifests in myriad ways.
When we experience stress, anxiety, or illness, it creates an imbalance in our cells and organs, disrupting our natural vibrational state. However, when we vibrate at a higher frequency, we feel rooted and grounded, indicating that our body's energy centers (Chakras) are in balance.
Sound healing meditation can guide us back to this higher state of frequency and vibration, promoting improved health and connection to our higher self. A sound bath is a meditative experience that uses the power of sound to induce a state of deep relaxation and healing. It's an opportunity to be still, allowing vibration and intention to welcome clarity, peace, and restoration.
Participants can expect to:
*Settle into a comfortable position (lying down or seated)
*Be guided into presence through breath and meditation
*Receive a rich vibrational sound immersion through crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and vocal tones
*Let go of stress and return to a grounded, balanced state
There is no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath. Everyone’s journey is unique — some may see colors or feel physical sensations; others may simply drop into deep stillness. The important thing is to allow the sound to meet you where you are, and to let the experience unfold naturally, without expectation.
$65 per person includes:
* A gentle guided meditation to ground the group
* Intention setting with inspirational card pulls (materials provided)
* 45 minute immersive sound journey featuring crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes, tibetan brass bowls, tuning forks, tuning poles, and other gentle instruments
* Time afterward to rest, reflect, share and integrate
The entire event will be in our cat lounge with our adoptable kitties
To create the most comfortable experience, we recommend each participant bring:
* A yoga mat (we will have yoga mats avaialble to use at the cafe)
* A blanket
* A bolster or pillow (optional, but helpful for support)
* An eye mask (optional, for deeper relaxation)
* Dress in comfortable layers to accommodate body temperature changes

Kayla Baker (she/her) Owner of All Tree Roots.
I'm a Louisville native — while I’ve spent time out West, something always calls me back home. Whether it’s my roots, the need for healing, or the deep desire to foster community connection, Louisville has a special way of reminding me why I do this work.
I’m a sound practitioner, holistic nutritionist, and wellness guide. Through my business, I offer all-natural products and healing services designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
With numerous years of study, practice, and teaching in the field of sound healing, I’ve gained a deep well of knowledge — yet I firmly believe that in this life, we are forever students. Each session, each person, and each community I work with teaches me something new. I carry those lessons with reverence and allow them to shape and evolve my work.
At the heart of it all, my mission is to create moments of peace and presence — a pause for the nervous system in a fast-moving world. I envision a community where holistic well-being is a way of life, and where sustainable, heart-centered practices support us all in living more grounded, happy lives.
