SAVE THE DATE - 𝟵/𝟲/𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱!Your Hearing Dog is hosting an event, called 𝐏𝐚𝐰𝐬 & 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬, on 9/6/2025 at Fountain Creek Regional Park (just south of Colorado Springs, CO). Come support the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing community as well as veterans with the same challenges. MORE DETAILS ARE COMING SOON.
One event we are definitely having is a 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐖𝐚𝐥𝐤. Along the walk participants will be able to experience what it's like to navigate the world being deaf or hard-of-hearing. During the walk they'll have to accomplish certain tasks without the ability to hear things.
You'll also meet Sandy 🐕🦺, YHD's first 4-footed hearing dog hero, as well as Kathy from the Hearing Loss Association of America and Sandy's owner!
