Take a deep breath, stretch, relax, and make a difference for animals in need.
Join us each month for Paws & Poses, a special yoga fundraiser benefiting the dogs, cats, and other animals cared for by Animal Charity of Ohio. This fun and welcoming class is open to all experience levels, from complete beginners to experienced yogis.
Led by Heather Bionci, a certified yoga instructor with Fire & Stone Yoga in Columbiana County, each session will focus on movement, mindfulness, and community while helping provide food, shelter, medical care, and second chances for animals who need us most.

Every stretch, pose, and breath helps support the thousands of abused, neglected, injured, and homeless animals that come through our doors each year. Your participation directly supports the lifesaving work of Animal Charity of Ohio and helps ensure we can continue caring for animals who have nowhere else to turn.
Gather your friends, bring your mat, and join us for a morning of wellness, compassion, and giving back.
